We had an incredible stay here! The location of this place is simply stunning, nestled in the forest on a hillside close to the woods. It provided us with a sense of tranquility and calmness that we were seeking. The service was impeccable, from the friendly and attentive room service to the helpfulness of the bell staff/porter. We also appreciated the little details like the welcome drink and tours/ticket assistance. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The terrace offered breathtaking views of the surrounding nature.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The food was in generally ok. Meat excellent, wine bad, on the breakfastbuffet, the cheese looked not fresh. In this type of restaurant I would never expect a selfservicecoffemaschine, this is very poor!

a few things in the room were not o.k. The room was very dark, looked much better on the web. In the Spa in some locations the temperatures were not what they said, not enough towels. "The restaurantlook" was not my taste, etc.etc.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, nestled in the middle of the forest and offering a beautiful area for relaxation. The hotel facilities are top-notch, with clean and comfortable rooms that made our stay very enjoyable. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, going out of their way to make our experience as comfortable as possible. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The breakfast provided was perfect, with a great selection of food to start our day off right.

The spa facilities were a major disappointment. The sauna and hammam were not fully operational and some of the massage jets were not functioning properly.

Had a great weekend at a hotel with an amazing location, right in the heart of the beautiful Alsace region. The rooms were comfortable, and we had access to amazing complementary facilities that made our stay even more enjoyable. We especially appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which was delicious and included fresh pastries and local cuisine. Additionally, the hotel was located near many key attractions, and we were able to easily explore the region.

The only downside to our stay was the spa facilities. Additionally, the sauna was not a true Finnish sauna, and the hammam also did not meet our expectations.

The location is a beautiful forest setting with great views. The rooms are spacious with a nice balcony overlooking nature. The pool is well-maintained and not overcrowded. The bed and linens provided a comfortable sleep. a lovely retreat with good facilities.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The breakfast was decent, and the coffee was good. The hotel has a decent fitness room and provided free Wi-Fi. The location was convenient for my business meetings, and the view from my room was nice.

The staff was incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful. They seemed annoyed by any questions or requests and didn't make any effort to make my stay more comfortable.
